1. How can I use my webCountdown as homepage?
That's easier than you might think. Click on the little house icon in the upper right corner on your countdown page. If you are using Internet Explorer your homepage will be set directly otherwise there will be a description how to change your homepage to webCountdown.
2. How do I customize my countdown page?
There are alot of possibilities to customize your countdown. The link to your countdown settings is on your countdown page in the upper right corner.
If you are currently looking at the countdown gallary with the ready-made countdown designs there is a link on the right leading you to the countdown settings.
3. Is there a possibility to use the countdown on my own website/blog?
Yes it is! There is a tiny version of your countdown which you can use on your own website. Here is how it works: "For your website".
4. Is it possible to send my countdown TIMER to my friends?
Of cause! The design and time period will be the same as you could see in your browser. In contrast to the DATE countdown the TIMER countdown will restart everytime you come to the site.
If you want the countdown to remember the state you should enter a final date on the startpage instead of a time period.
5. Is webCountdown free to use?
100% free! And as you might have noticed, there is even no sign-up required!
6. My bookmark opens in the sidebar (Firefox)?!?
Sorry, that's an issue with firefox. To save a correct bookmark, go to your countdown and click on the star in your URL input field of your browser (the input field where you enter your web addresses).
(A second possibility is to use the shortcut key Ctrl + D when looking at your webCountdown to save a bookmark of the current website)
